What is Christian Spiritual Direction?
Christian Spiritual Direction is a way to grow in your faith journey and deepen your spiritual life through the guidance and support of a Spiritual Director.
What does a Spiritual Director do?
A Spiritual Director is a spiritual companion and mentor, dedicated to guiding people in their spiritual journeys and helping them to hear and discern God’s voice in their lives. As a Spiritual Director, my role is to listen deeply and help you explore matters of faith, God, and purpose. I like to say that I listen with one ear to my client and one ear to God, offering wisdom and guidance from a place of wanting to see your relationship with God flourish and grow.
My role is to facilitate the work that God wants to do in and through your life. It is not my place to judge or problem solve, but to listen, ask questions, and be present with you in your experiences.
How does Spiritual Direction work?
In a Spiritual Direction relationship, the client meets one-on-one with their Spiritual Director to process their experiences with God freely, without judgment or criticism. There are many reasons to begin Spiritual Direction:
To discern significant decisions or life changes
To have a safe place to share your thoughts, feelings, and struggles
To discover your purpose or calling
To experience spiritual healing from past wounds or get spiritually “unstuck”
To deepen your relationship with God
Each session is typically 60-75 minutes long, and meetings usually happen once or twice a month, depending on what the client is wanting. Clients may choose to see their Spiritual Director for a lifetime or for a season. Sessions can be done via Zoom, FaceTime, or audio call.
How do I begin Spiritual Direction?

What is the cost?
$80 per session. Each session is typically 60-75 minutes.
